As a Customer Service Admin, you’ll be the friendly voice customers and contractors rely on for support. You’ll handle warranties, claims, and contractor programs with a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for creating a great experience, every single time.

Requirements

  • A big, friendly personality and a genuine love for helping people
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • High energy, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn new things
  • Experience in customer service or administrative support
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and learning new systems (CRM experience a plus)
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly, professional, and responsive service to customers and contractors
  • Process and track warranty and claims requests with accuracy and care
  • Manage contractor program submissions, reporting, and communication
  • Keep customer data up to date in our CRM (HubSpot) and assist with sales reporting
  • Serve as the main contact for our contractor program hotline
  • Step in to support the Customer Service Lead as needed
