As a Sales Administrator, you'll work closely with the bustling Sales Team to receive, organize, and accurately process deals in a fast-paced environment. You'll work thoroughly and become familiar with established processes for proven success. This role is best suited for someone who appreciates consistently achieving turn-around goals with efficiency. Requirements

  • No experience necessary.
  • Ability to maintain strong trusting relationships with technicians and customers.
  • You will receive additional training and coaching by Serra employees.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Must possess a Valid Driver's License which meets our company insurance standards.
  • Must be willing to complete a background check as this position will give you access to personal and protected employee and customer information.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure All Deals Are Legally Compliant
  • Type deals for delivery with speed and accuracy
  • Conclude delivery process, report the delivery, apply for incentives and create purchase orders
  • Process deals, confirm all documents are correct, then deliver to accounting within 24 hours
  • Assist in resolving funding issues
  • Tracking of in-transit sales contracts, rebates, service contracts, payables and plate fees
  • Process cancellation paperwork for service and protections contracts
  • Follow up on bank and customer titles
  • Daily filing
