About The Position

The Sales Administrator / Order Management Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales organization by processing orders, coordinating logistics, maintaining accurate records, and serving as a key point of contact for internal teams and customers. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. This role will also be cross trained to support the Saris Cycling Team during their peak season.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in e-commerce, logistics, or order fulfillment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP and CRM software
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and compliance
  • Coordinate with warehouses, logistics providers, and operations teams
  • Monitor order status and proactively address delays or issues
  • Communicate order updates to sales representatives and customers
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems
  • Prepare documentation for shipments, including export paperwork if required
  • Resolve order discrepancies, returns, and service issues
  • Support sales team with quotes, product information, and administrative tasks
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain strong working relationships across departments
