Requirements

  • Strong computer proficiency and the ability to confidently navigate various office software systems with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent attention to detail and superior organizational skills
  • Solid mathematical aptitude and the ability to manage data accurately
  • Professional communication skills with a comprehensive command of the English language
  • A strong understanding of hospitality service standards, guest relations, and professional ettiquette
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and composure
  • Commitment to following established policies and procedures consistently
  • High school diploma required, additional education or training preferred
  • Ability to lift and pull a minimum of 10 lbs
  • Pushing, bending, stooping, reaching, and manual dexterity required
  • Frequent writing, typing, and verbal communication
  • Visual and auditory awareness to recognize and report emergency situations

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Sales Office, including professional correspondence, typing, and call management.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with courtesy, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing documentation, ensuring timely processing and accurate recordkeeping
  • Maintain organized filing systems and hotel records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute departmental reports and communication.
  • Assist in the creation and design of statistical reports and presentations.
  • Monitor office supplies and equipment; proactively coordinate orders and repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Accurately compile and report information to support business decisions.
  • Uphold all Stepstone and hotel policies and procedures with integrity and attention to detail.
  • Attend required meetings and contribute positively to the team environment.
  • Support additional office projects and tasks as needed.
