About The Position

Sales Administrative Assistant – Long Beach, CA Twining Holdings, LLC, an innovative full-service engineering company with unmatched expertise in material testing, inspection, applied engineering, and integrated disciplines over 125 years of history, is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to support our Sales team in our corporate office in Long Beach. The Sales Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and enabling the success of the Sales and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proven experience in an administrative, sales support, or operations support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with proposals, reporting, and communicating with team members and clients.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with marketing, bid tracking, or sales operations.
  • Exposure to the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) or professional services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrative support for the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), including but not limited to coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute a weekly bid tracking email to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate sales data, including data entry and updates to CRM, bid tracking, and proposal records.
  • Prepare time-and-materials (T&M) proposals under the direction of the CRO.
  • Assist with completing required forms related to proposals and pursuits.
  • Support project set-up activities on behalf of the CRO.
  • Track, reconcile, and file departmental invoices and accounting.
  • Coordinating sales-related administrative functions, including but not limited to industry events.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales and Marketing teams as needed, including but not limited to drafting proposals.
