The Sales Admin Coordinator responsible for processing all sales orders of equipment and providing support to regional coordinators and sales force as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college and two to three years industry related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process all sales invoices
  • Transmit sales records to Caterpillar
  • Enroll equipment in warranty - CAT system and DBS
  • Process all accruals for all sales in a timely manner
  • Prepare gross margin summary sheets for every sale
  • Process and audit Caterpillar post sale claims
  • Process purchase orders
  • Backup regional coordinators as needed
