About The Position

Our Springfield, MO location is looking for an experienced Sales Account Representative (manufacturing background a plus!). You will be traveling to customer locations in the United States to provide customer service and perform physical inventory counts approximately 2 weeks out of the month. Responsibilities: Build sustainable relationships and trust with the customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Offer support and solutions to customers following the company's customer service policies and guidelines, in a friendly and professional manner. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Travel to U.S. customer sites. Manage inventory physically and digitally. Customer administration support, order entry, etc. Working directly with the Midwest Regional Sales Manager. Managing customer programs onsite (VMI). Skills needed: 2+ years of customer support experience. Effective telephone communication skills, with the ability to discuss and problem-solve situations that could arise with the customer. Achieve and maintain rapport with customers and work to give them the best possible service regularly. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge. Strong attention to detail. Positive and professional demeanor.
