We have a great opportunity for a Sales Account Manager to join our can-do and driven field-based sales team. We offer a flexible, autonomous, and inclusive working environment! The Sales Account Manager will support an assigned list of customer accounts on the Contract Manufacturing and Industrial (CMI) Sales Team, in addition to providing sales support to the full team. Sales support activities will include project management, data analytics, and facilitation of internal processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or in the process of completing course work
  • Have 2-5 yeas professional experience, preferably in sales or adjacent functions.
  • Possess a strong sales drive and mindset.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Have ability to build rapid rapport with customers and stakeholders regardless of communication styles and/or backgrounds.
  • Demonstrate proficient analytical skills - able to identify trends and actions based on large data sets.
  • Competent with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Support assigned accounts, jointly developing annual business growth, sales, and margin plans in line with company and category goals.
  • Ensure customer expectations are met, managing deliverables with internal stakeholders as well as with the customer.
  • Plan, execute, close, and follow up on negotiations in a manner that creates mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Participate in customer forecast and annual budget process for volume and Sales EBIT planning.
  • Facilitate customer agreements (ex: NDA's) with internal Legal stakeholders.
  • Lead all sales calls, business reviews, and develop presentations to effectively drive initiatives and growth plans for customers.
  • Support Sales Team in creating strategies, objectives and project plans that identify and develop new market opportunities.
