Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share within the assigned territory. Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other innovative outreach methods. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Maintain knowledge of A.P. Nonweiler’s solutions and services, competitive differentiation, and current offers and pricing. Manage territory with a minimum of 50% travel. Develop a territory coverage plan by zone and implement strategy to make sure all areas of the territory are covered. Continue to increase product knowledge by being on job-sites and spending time with experts in the field to become the expert in your area. Provide demonstrations to new and existing contractors and distributors on a regular basis.
