About The Position

S&S Firestone, Inc. is one of the largest independent tire distributors in the U.S., with over 1 million square feet of inventory. S&S Tire has over 650 employees across eighteen states, with the business focusing in three business sectors: wholesale, commercial, and retread. We are excited to announce we are opening a new warehouse and looking for a seasoned Account Manager. The Account Manager is responsible for achieving annual sales and profit goals within their assigned territory. This territory covers an approximate 60-mile radius of the Acworth, GA area. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and willing to travel regularly- up to 75% . This role manages all customer relationships and sales activities in the region — including product support, program and pricing assistance, warranty and adjustment claims, supply chain coordination, and collections when needed.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in Sales
Excellent written/verbal communication and strategic thinking skills
Outgoing/comfortable in social settings personality
willing to travel regularly- up to 75%

Nice To Haves

Preferred - 4-year college degree

Responsibilities

Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
Implement strategies for retaining customers requesting to terminate or downgrade their account
Record changes to customer accounts, update service packages, add accounts, and remove accounts as needed
