Pregis Corporation, a leading global provider of innovative packaging solutions seeks an Account Manager for its Protective Films & Coatings Business. The geographical territory for this position is, in the US, the states of Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine and, in Canada, the provinces of Ontario, Quebec, and Nova Scotia. The ideal candidate will be based in New Jersey or Philadelphia. The required travel is approximately 50% primarily by car with a few trips by plane to Canada annually. Reporting to a Regional Sales Manager, the Account Manager will be responsible for driving new business through a combination of selling to End Users, Converters and our Distributor Network; effectively managing the established book of business by facilitating positive, growth-oriented relationships; sales strategy development; and sales forecasting. The critical focus is on new business development within an established territory, maximizing sales volume growth consistent with overall business profit margin performance while emphasizing both water and solvent product lines as a competitive advantage.
