PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Act as primary point-of-contact for client. Lead day-to-day management and optimization of client campaigns. Maintain contact with an established customer base. Identify and establish new clients. Communicate and strategize with the sales team on all related client issues for both internal and external sales. Assist in strategy development. Proactively find new ways to build the client's business and grow accounts. Master and maintain vast knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends. Monitor agency/client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timeliness. Improve customer perception with emphasis on customer service. Perform other work related tasks as assigned. Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
