Requirements

Proven experience in Lead Generation and/or Sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven to be a good performer in current position
Good attendance, displays our Core Values
No disciplinary actions/Performance improvement plan within the last 6 months

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs.
Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
