The Front Window Dispatcher is responsible for managing and supporting daily dispatch operations, including: Coordinating and distributing routes Monitoring and adjusting service throughout the day for efficiency and accuracy Communicating with operators via phone and radio Supporting drivers with route issues, directions, and real-time needs Tracking attendance, callouts, and schedule compliance Preparing and distributing required daily reports Handling incidents and documenting activity appropriately This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask under pressure, and consistent, professional communication.
