The Account Manager’s responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives to identify customer needs and exceed client expectations, and overall growth of sales. The Account Manager will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs, and improving the overall customer experience. This individual will be adept at building strong relationships with strategic customers and making sure we become their distributor of choice. The Account Manager will cover a territory encompassing: Eastern OH, Northern PA, and Western NY. Multiple overnight stays are expected per week to cover the territory. Base Salary of $19,200 + Draw or $54k against commissions. Reimbursement of vehicle expenses for business purposes.
