The Sales Account Manager is a proactive seller responsible for driving revenue by selling to, managing, retaining, and growing an assigned portfolio of key accounts and category‑based accounts, while actively prospecting and closing new business within their assigned categories. This role requires a true salesperson who can build strategic relationships, identify opportunities, create solutions, and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals. Sales Account Managers deepen account relationships, develop category expertise, and expand PPA's footprint through consultative selling, pipeline development, and a focus on revenue growth aligned with organizational goals. They serve as subject matter experts for their assigned categories, advocate for client needs, and collaborate with internal teams to drive overall PPA sales performance. All accounts belong to PPA, and assignments may be updated based on business needs, performance, or strategic priorities.
