About The Position

Manage and grow Nongshim’s Club Store accounts by developing strong customer relationships and executing account strategies to drive sales growth and distribution. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Club Store customers, including headquarters and regional teams. Develop and execute account plans to expand item distribution, improve shelf placement, and increase promotional effectiveness. Create, process, and manage sales orders, shipping orders, and related documentation in the system. Monitor Goods Issue (GI) and Goods Receipt (GR) processes to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Coordinate with warehouses, logistics partners, and customers to resolve delivery, inventory, and service-related issues. Manage customer invoicing, shipment schedules, accounts receivable aging, and resolve invoice deductions to ensure timely and accurate payments. Plan and execute promotions, seasonal programs, and in-store merchandising initiatives specific to Club Store formats. Conduct regular sales meetings, business reviews, and presentations with Club Store buyers and stakeholders. Analyze sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and risks. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to support Club Store account objectives. Collect and report competitive intelligence, pricing trends, and customer feedback. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3–5 years of sales or account management experience, preferably within Club Stores, mass retail, or CPG
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
  • Experience working with Club Store customers strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
