About the Role The Sales Account Executive (AE) is responsible for driving revenue growth across commercial and government markets by selling temporary facilities and large-scale equipment rental solutions. The AE supports customers requiring workforce housing, jobsite infrastructure, emergency response, and mission-critical facilities. The portfolio includes bunk trailers, tents and structures, restroom and shower trailers, mobile offices, command centers, IT and communications assets, and supporting infrastructure. This role blends consultative commercial sales with government-compliant business development, managing the full opportunity lifecycle from prospecting through contract award and execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in equipment rental, temporary facilities or related fields
  • Proven success selling to commercial and/or government customers
  • Experience managing complex, multi-asset solutions
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel to customer and government sites

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with government procurement processes (RFQ, RFP, IDIQ, BPA)
  • Background in construction, disaster response, energy, or infrastructure markets
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven sales environments
  • Existing government or prime contractor relationships

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow revenue within an assigned commercial and government territory or account set
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities with commercial construction, infrastructure, energy, industrial, and special events customers
  • Pursue opportunities with federal, state, and local government agencies and prime contractors
  • Develop solution-based proposals integrating multiple equipment categories, services, and deployment schedules
  • Drive both short-cycle commercial rentals and longer-cycle government contracts and task orders
  • Support sales aligned with government procurement processes including RFQs, RFPs, IDIQ task orders, and BPAs
  • Coordinate with contracts, compliance, and pricing teams to ensure proposal compliance
  • Build relationships with government end users, contracting officers, and prime contractors
  • Ensure adherence to contract terms, delivery schedules, and reporting requirements
  • Build and maintain relationships with commercial customers including project executives and site managers
  • Expand accounts through multi-site deployments, extensions, and bundled solutions
  • Respond quickly to customer needs in fast-paced environments
  • Drive customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Conduct needs assessments and site evaluations
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, engineering, and project management teams
  • Support contract negotiations including pricing, scope, and timelines
  • Remain engaged post-award to ensure successful execution
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and opportunity documentation
  • Manage a balanced pipeline of commercial and government opportunities
  • Provide reliable revenue forecasts
  • Track KPIs such as win rates, deal size, and customer retention
