About The Position

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Account Executive (AE) to drive new business, expand existing accounts, and deliver measurable revenue growth. This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying role focused on winning new logos, expanding existing accounts, and selling performance-driven, data-centric marketing solutions. You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders across lending and fintech organizations to improve acquisition performance and scale growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or lending
  • Strong performance marketing background
  • Omni-channel marketing experience (direct mail, digital, display)
  • Proven track record exceeding targets
  • Strong executive presence and communication
  • Analytical and results-driven
  • Self-starter with strong ownership
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • CRM experience (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Willing to travel (up to 75%)

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and account expansion across lending and fintech markets
  • Identify, develop, and close revenue opportunities
  • Build relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders
  • Conduct discovery into client goals and strategies
  • Present data-driven recommendations aligned to KPIs
  • Quantify value through CPA, response rates, conversion, ROAS, ROI
  • Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Expand existing accounts
  • Collaborate on proposals, pricing, and execution
  • Maintain pipeline and CRM hygiene
  • Represent LSDM at conferences and events
