About The Position

The Sales and Account Coordinator support the Sales team by managing customer orders, coordinating internal handoffs, and serving as a primary point of contact for order status and execution. You are the connector. The problem-solver. The person who keeps communication clear and accurate.

Requirements

You are detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure.
2 to 4 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, customer service, or a related role
Associate degree, formal training, or equivalent experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Nice To Haves

Experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support the full lifecycle of customer orders from entry through delivery
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order status and updates
Coordinate closely with Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Finance teams
Schedule and track shipments based on inventory and production availability
Identify and resolve issues related to orders, shipments, or billing
Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems
Communicate proactively and professionally with customers and internal partners
