SailPoint ISC Engineer
About The Position
One of our Enterprise RCM customers is in the process of implementing SailPoint and needs a hands-on engineer with prior SailPoint implementation and integration experience to assist. They are currently early on in Phase 1 of the implementation bringing in sources and defining birthright accesses. • Assist the vendor with configuring SailPoint IdentityNow modules (Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager, Access Request, Certifications). • Be able to troubleshoot, resolve and test the identity lifecycle processes (joiner/mover/leaver), birthright access, and triggered changes (e.g., department/role updates). • Configure RBAC/ABAC models, Access Profiles, Entitlements, roles, and SoD policies, with compensating controls where needed. • Implement out-of-the-box and custom connectors for Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, Workday/Oracle, Epic/Cerner (if applicable), ServiceNow, Salesforce, Delinea PAM, AWS/Azure/GCP. • Configure provisioning workflows, attribute mappings, and account aggregation; tune reconciliation to reduce orphaned accounts. • Document flows and processes.
Requirements
