About The Position

Infosys is seeking a SailPoint Developer. This candidate will support the stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including IAM platform support, Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts, consulting and providing solutions for multiple IDAM tracks.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of San Antonio, TX or be willing to relocate to these areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • At least 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development and implementation.
  • Strong experience in application onboarding, lifecycle management (LCM), and provisioning.
  • Expertise in Java, JavaScript, and SQL for customization and rule development.
  • Hands-on experience in developing custom rules, workflows, and email templates
  • Experience with CICD pipeline, GitHub for version control and SailPoint deployments.
  • Strong debugging skills to resolve production issues and troubleshoot IGA logs.
  • Experience in ServiceNow integration and catalog development.
  • Knowledge of RBAC, access certification, and authentication mechanisms (SSO, MFA ).

  • Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in requirements gathering and use cases development.
  • Create, validate, and justify security solutions and designs consistent with client objectives and best practices.
  • Build custom workflows and connectors for SailPoint IIQ solutions
  • Manage (configure, stage, test, communicate launch, monitor, and troubleshoot) SailPoint certifications.
