About The Position

Clorox is seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer to design, implement, and support identity lifecycle services and IGA solutions using SailPoint technologies. This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced identity security projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to emerging technologies in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will: Translate business requirements into practical technology solutions in an agile environment. Develop and maintain custom workflows, rules, and connectors within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). Perform system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Assist in resolving technical issues and provide support for identity-related incidents. Identify opportunities for security and operational improvements and contribute to continuous enhancement initiatives. Maintain internal documentation and procedures and share knowledge with team members. Support compliance and audit requirements.

Requirements

  • 5 plus years of experience in SailPoint development
  • Hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC (required).
  • Solid understanding of identity governance concepts.
  • Experience with user lifecycle management, provisioning, application onboarding, access reviews, RBAC, and certifications.
  • Familiarity with integration to platforms such as Active Directory, Entra ID, M365, and at least one of Workday, ServiceNow, or SAP.
  • Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, scripting (PowerShell), REST APIs, and relational databases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, Privacy) and ability to support related reporting.
