Requirements

3–5 years construction/industrial safety experience
OSHA 30 required; CSP/CHST a plus
Semi/cleanroom experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication
Safety systems + MS Office proficiency
High‑risk, fast‑paced environment ready
Background check and drug screen required

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain site-specific safety plans for cleanroom and fab environments
Lead daily safety meetings, orientations, and subcontractor training
Perform safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments in install areas
Investigate incidents/near misses and drive corrective actions
Ensure compliance with OSHA, client, and company safety standards
Enforce PPE requirements and safe work practices
Maintain safety documentation and report metrics to leadership
