Requirements

Familiarity with NEC standards relevant to electrical safety on construction sites.
Hands-on experience with construction management software tools for safety tracking and reporting.
Strong knowledge of EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) principles specific to construction projects.
Excellent communication skills to effectively train teams, conduct audits, and liaise with regulatory agencies.
Construction site experience is essential; prior roles in construction management or supervision are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards on construction sites and develop mitigation strategies accordingly.
Implement and monitor occupational health protocols to promote worker well-being and prevent injuries.
Ensure all activities comply with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards, NEC (National Electrical Code), and other applicable regulations.
Manage workers' compensation claims efficiently by coordinating incident investigations and supporting injury prevention initiatives.
Utilize construction management software to track safety metrics, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
Lead safety training sessions for construction personnel, emphasizing hazard recognition, safe work practices, and emergency procedures.
Perform regular site inspections to verify adherence to safety policies, conduct audits, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
