Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (e.g., chemistry, biology, toxicology, or similar)
Around 5 years of experience in regulatory or product safety
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Comfort with Microsoft Office
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently while staying connected to a team

Nice To Haves

fragrance industry experience is a plus
SAP experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Review fragrance formulas to ensure they meet safety, regulatory, and customer standards
Partner closely with perfumers to support safe and compliant fragrance creation
Collaborate directly with customers in regulatory discussions and meetings
Prepare and deliver fragrance safety documentation
Communicate with suppliers to gather safety and regulatory data
Help maintain the integrity and security of fragrance formulas
Contribute to process improvements and special projects
Support and mentor new team members through training and knowledge-sharing
Lead or participate in cross-team discussions to improve workflows and customer solutions
Assist with SDS processes and provide backup support across the team
