The Safety Manager is responsible for integrating safety into project execution by influencing planning, field operations, and decision-making to reduce risk and protect workers. This role partners closely with field leadership and trade partners to embed safety into planning and execution. The Safety Manager drives a proactive safety culture by engaging the workforce, delivering practical, field-based coaching, and supporting Superintendents in leading effective safety conversations while promoting continuous improvement through trend analysis, lessons learned, and strengthened means and methods to prevent repeat hazards and improve overall project performance. A strong field presence, responsiveness, and the ability to translate safety expectations into clear, actionable practices are critical to success in this role.
