CEC is currently seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead and support safety initiatives across our construction operations. This role partners closely with operations leadership, superintendents, and field employees to promote a strong and consistent safety culture across all job sites. What can you expect in this role? This is not a desk-only position. You can expect to spend a significant portion of your time in the field, building relationships with crews and reinforcing safe work practices in real time. The Safety Manager plays a key role in both proactive safety planning — including pre-bid reviews, training, and risk identification — and responsive safety management such as inspections, investigations, and corrective actions. Success in this role requires balancing regulatory compliance with practical field solutions while helping drive a culture where safety is owned by everyone.

  • Ability to build trust and influence others while working collaboratively with field teams and leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
