About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Safety Manager for Scaffold operations in Bay Minette, AL. Requirements

• OSHA 500 OR 510 ( cleared this up recently )
• Must have 8 years’ experience in the construction industry
• 5 years’ experience as a safety professional
• Bilingual – English / Spanish
• Scaffolding background or competency

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures specific to scaffold operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify and analyze potential hazards and develop control measures to mitigate risks.
• Provide training and education on safety procedures and best practices.
• Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents, and develop and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to address safety concerns and ensure safety requirements are met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in safety regulations.
