Position Summary: Within the Environment of Care (EOC) Team, this position oversees the receipt, validation, and manipulation of data for EOC Programs; completes administrative oversight of EOC committees; and serves as the enterprise-wide system administrator of the electronic EOC tracer program.

  • Collects, organizes, and validates data for the EOC program.
  • Administratively supports Environment of Care (EOC) Councils to include, but not limited to, meeting scheduling, council roster maintenance, council communication; council meeting document preparation (agendas, minutes, and presentations), and meeting attendance to assist facilitation.
  • Serves as an enterprise-wide system database administrator of the electronic EOC tracer program, to include database administration, training and providing technical support to internal customers for system upgrades/improvements, maintaining inventory of electronic devices, and interaction with internal customers to troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintainsrequired EOC related materials subject to review by regulatory agencies (inc. The Joint Commission), in electronic and/or hard copy, in a state of survey readiness.
  • Assists in the development of the EOC Program calendar to include planning and sequencing Environment of Care tracers, scheduling EOC Management Plans and program annual review processes, and program documents.
  • Serves as the back-up KRONOS timekeeper for the Corporate Safety Department.
  • Works independently on special projects.
  • Interacts professionally with all levels of management.

  • Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
  • Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
  • Performs administrative responsibilities, as necessary, by receiving information from the department email address and processing the information in a timely manner, routing all safety inquiries to the appropriate team member for follow up response.
  • Works with information that is confidential or sensitive in nature.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office based products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including a high level of proficiency in Excel.
  • Intermediate skills in database management.
  • Two (2) years of experience with data management or similar experience
