In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to a proactive safety culture—leading training, performing comprehensive inspections and audits, and working closely with employees and leadership to identify hazards and drive effective risk‑reduction strategies. In this role, you’ll be a driving force behind a safe, compliant, and proactive work environment. Your work will span training, field engagement, and strategic safety leadership. Job Purpose: Supports the Commission’s goal of preventing incidents and unsafe behavior that result in on-the-job injuries and/or property damage and maintaining regulatory compliance. This is performed by providing safety training, administering Safety and Health programs, conducting accident investigations, area inspections, and crew/employee/contractor audits and working with management and employees to solve safety and health issues and concerns.
