The Safety Coordinator supports Asheville Area Habitat for Humanity's (AAHH) commitment to providing a safe and healthy environment across all construction, retail (ReStores), and office operations. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Safety Coordinator ensures compliance with OSHA, state, local, and HFHI safety standards while fostering a culture of safety at every level of the organization. This role serves as the primary point of contact for accident reporting, incident investigation, safety audits, compliance monitoring, and safety training. The Safety Coordinator also manages Workers' Compensation claims and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
