About The Position

We are currently seeking a Safety Coordinator in Midland, Texas . The Safety Coordinator is responsible for supporting and promoting a strong safety culture at the service center. This role ensures compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and industry safety standards by coordinating training, conducting inspections, and assisting with incident investigations. The Safety Coordinator works closely with management and employees to reduce risk, prevent accidents, and maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Have a clean driving record, which generally means:
No more than (2) moving violations within the last 12 months.
No more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years.
High school education or equivalent experience required

Responsibilities

Assists with the implementation of EHS programs in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular facility inspections to identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate safety training sessions to promote awareness and safe work practices.
Maintain accurate records of safety meetings, training, incidents, and inspections.
Assist in investigating workplace incidents, near misses, and injuries; document findings and recommend preventive measures.
Serve as the first point of contact for safety-related questions and provide guidance to employees and supervisors.
Ensure proper use, maintenance, and availability of personal protective equipment (PPE).
