(Role: Non-Exempt) JOB FUNCTION: Provides administrative, scheduling, and organizational support to assist with the day-to-day operations of the Safety and Emergency Planning & Preparedness Division to ensure a safe work culture for all employees and an effective and efficient compliance safety operations. Monitors and evaluates the workplace to ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, programs, and procedures, including maintaining safety training records and coordinating safety training and initiatives. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
