About The Position
Under the direction of the Aquatics Director, the Safety Around Water (SAW) instructor provides excellent customer service while maintaining safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas. The swim instructor creates a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with the Family Y of Greater Augusta policies and procedures.
