How you’ll make an impact in this role Coordinate emergency responses by triaging incoming calls and alarms to ensure security teams are dispatched rapidly to where they are needed most. Protect the hospital environment through active surveillance of campus facilities, identifying and mitigating potential risks before they escalate. Drive team communication by serving as the central link between staff and leadership, ensuring critical information flows seamlessly during high-pressure situations. Maintain precise digital records of all security events and surveillance footage to support incident resolution and ensure a high standard of hospital safety.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in a security, military, or law enforcement role, preferably within a healthcare or high-traffic service environment.
