About The Position

Coordinating Huntington’s safety, health and environmental programs with training, safety meetings, Focus, observations, and contacts. Coordinating Huntington’s quality program with training, operating procedures, calibration of inspection devices, issuing Certificate of Conformances, retaining and reviewing vendors. Maintain the Quality Management System to comply with ISO 9001 and AAR M-1003 Standards. Responsible for the inspections of both our products and vendors supplied materials. Coordinate all internal and external audits. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Safety Science, or related field
  • Minimum one year of related Quality Control experience required
  • Knowledge in Hi OSHA regulations and Safety Management preferred
  • Background or experience in 5S, Lean Manufacturing and Visual Manufacturing
  • Must have a strong background in quality of processes and part inspection
  • Must be ambitious and perform duties with a high energy level and “sense of urgency”
  • Must be a problem solver and work well independently and in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience preferred.
