About The Position

At Crane Services, Inc. (CSI), we don’t just move equipment we move what others can’t. As one of the largest and most experienced cranes and rigging companies in North America, we tackle tough jobs across the Rocky Mountains, Southwest, and Midwest. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Safety Administrator to support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of our safety programs and initiatives. This role ensures compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and other regulatory requirements by maintaining records, coordinating safety training, assisting with audits, and supporting the overall safety culture of the organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a safety or compliance-related role.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience with Compliance Platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize safety documentation, including incident reports, training records, SDS sheets, and safety policies.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of safety training sessions and materials.
  • Track safety certifications, license renewals, and training requirements for all employees.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and department heads to ensure timely completion of safety programs and compliance requirements.
  • Support accident investigations by collecting documentation, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring corrective actions are documented and implemented.
  • Monitor and maintain safety equipment inventory and first aid supplies.
  • Assist with safety audits, inspections, and walkthroughs, document findings and support follow-up activities.
  • Help maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other applicable regulatory agencies.
  • Prepare and distribute safety communications, bulletins, and newsletters.
  • Promote a culture of safety by supporting initiatives, campaigns, and employee engagement efforts.
