Role Highlights: The Safety Administrator supports the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of DynaGrid Holdings’ Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OH&S) in accordance with ISO 45001. This role is responsible for managing contractor compliance platforms including ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, and Vero, ensuring all safety documentation, training records, and compliance metrics meet regulatory, client, and internal requirements. This position plays a critical role in ensuring audit readiness, supporting risk-based thinking, and promoting a proactive safety culture across all operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in safety administration, compliance, or OH&S systems
  • Demonstrated experience with ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, and/or Vero
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within an ISO 45001-certified or aligned organization
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
  • Experience in utility, construction, or industrial services environments
  • Familiarity with audit processes and document control systems
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001 principles (risk-based thinking, leadership support, worker participation)
  • Strong data management and documentation control skills
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and deadlines simultaneously
  • Effective communication and cross-functional coordination
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Maintain ISO 45001 compliance: document control, operational planning, performance evaluation, and audit readiness.
  • Support hazard identification, risk assessments, controls, and incident investigation documentation.
  • Administer contractor compliance platforms (ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, Vero): manage profiles, documentation submissions, scores, and client prequalification requirements.
  • Manage controlled safety documents and records (safety manuals, JHAs, OSHA logs, EMR, incident reports, insurance certificates) with version control and distribution.
  • Track and maintain training, certifications, and competency records; coordinate required safety training and workforce competency verification.
  • Prepare for and support internal/external audits; respond to nonconformities and corrective actions.
  • Communicate compliance status and risks to operations, HR, clients, and leadership; act as primary contact for contractor platform and client safety reps.
  • Support continual improvement: identify system gaps, track KPIs (TRIR, EMR, leading indicators), and assist root-cause corrective/preventive actions.
