SafeRide Navigator / Dispatcher responsibilities. Responsibilities Ability to provide assistance to passengers on boarding and off-boarding as needed. Must be punctual and have the ability to work late hours. Ability to follow directions. Answering phones, filing, data entry, and relaying directions to Drivers/Navigators via a two-way radio. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Basic office skills, including computer skills and organization skills. Must possess excellent customer service skills and have good attention to detail. Must be able to learn new processes
