We are looking for an energetic, fun-loving, adaptable youth-focused individual to help foster a fun, safe, and positive summer experience for youth in Larimer County. In this position, you will: Lead school-aged youth in different activities such as academic enrichment, recreation, technology, sports, and the arts. Ensure the physical, social, and emotional safety for all Club Members. Act as a role model and mentor for youth ages 5 - 18 (ages vary based on the Club location). Greeting and check in every member, staff member, and volunteer in and out of the Club each day. Communicate with parents about Club services and activities. Accurately enter and update all Club member information into databases. You must be willing to: Have fun, laugh & be silly! Be present and engage with Club Members. Be a role model for Club Members. Have the ability to deal with the general public. Have strong verbal & written communication skills. This is a seasonal, non-exempt, part-time position with a pay rate of $18/hour. Start dates from April 1st, 2026 - May 18th, 2026 & end date of July 31st 2026. A return bonus of $150 is available for eligible staff who meet return requirements including completion of a full summer program or 6 months of school-year employment within the last 3 years.
