About The Position

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales or business development role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong rapport-building abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address customer needs effectively.
  • Comfortable using a variety of technology platforms and SaaS tools.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Positive, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience giving online demos and working with diverse clients and industries.

Responsibilities

  • Drive inbound sales growth and identify new leads through email, phone, and other inbound channels.
  • Advise customers on solutions and build strong relationships through professional, consultative interactions.
  • Conduct online product demos to showcase features and benefits effectively.
  • Prepare email sequences, respond promptly to customer inquiries, and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Create, negotiate, and close offers with potential customers, including upsell opportunities.
  • A/B test approaches to improve conversion rates and overall sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
