About The Position

SUMMARY: The purpose of this role is to lead and enhance Regional Changepoint Management Processes that ensure operational readiness and risk mitigation for New Model Events and Major Projects. This includes driving continuous improvement in tools and committees, fostering collaboration and information sharing across regional companies, and promoting best practices and process standardization. Additionally, the role aims to benchmark and implement innovative supply chain and material handling solutions, while building strong internal and external partnerships to achieve strategic business goals with professionalism, precision, and effective prioritization. Acquire know-how as part of the succession planning for the RO Management function.

Requirements

  • Project management.
  • Extensive knowledge of warehousing/logistics management.
  • Knowledge of warehousing/logistics management systems.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Well-developed interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven ability in project management, organization,n and planning skills.
  • Ability to operate in both a hands-on and strategic manner; developed decision-making based on People and Process Management
  • Ability to build credibility and engage with both internal and external customers.
  • Excellent time management, strong prioritization skills, and close attention to detail.
  • Assertive, yet fair; consistent & objective.

  • Degree-level qualification in Engineering and Management.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively co-lead and participate in the Regional Change Point Management Activities that support the readiness process and evaluations across the Region for the New Model Events and/or Major Projects.
  • Utilize and improve current Change Point Management Tools to support the readiness process and evaluations across the Region towards the New Model Events and/or Major Projects.
  • Maintain the Business Change Point Management committee to continuously strengthen and improve the Operational Characteristics amongst the HLNA companies.
  • Evaluate Production Change Points with Risk Assessments and Readiness Confirmations.
  • Collaborate with the regional SQD committee SMEs with the focus to improve the Business Characteristics by promoting the Information Sharing across the Regional Companies, ensuring proper collaboration and communication within the LO SME Team, and consulting the Local sites towards best practices and standardization of processes.
  • To assist and support the operational teamtoo ensure that targets are successfully achieved. To record, report, and present on statistical information to demonstrate performance against established goals and to have knowledge and understanding of variance against targets.
  • Benchmark other logistics companies and propose, plan, and implement supply chain and Material Handling Innovation Solutions to be studied and deployed across the Region.
  • Work in a highly professional manner to forge positive working relationships with all business partners, both internal and external,/external and with new/existing clients, thereby contributing to the achievement of strategic goals.
  • Demonstrate and utilize excellent time management, strong prioritization, and work with close attention to detail, in influencing and negotiating with internal/external/third parties.
