About The Position

Join Millennium Print Group as an S&OP Project Lead! We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Project Lead to join our team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you’ll help align customer demand with production capacity, supporting world-class print manufacturing operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain coordination, demand planning, or production planning.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred.
  • Knowledge of S&OP processes, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the monthly S&OP cycle, including meeting schedules, materials, and follow-ups.
  • Gather and validate data across Sales, Production Control, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Analyze demand and capacity trends to support production and inventory planning.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to track forecast accuracy and identify improvement areas.
  • Maintain ERP systems and Excel-based planning tools to ensure accurate data integrity.
  • Support implementation of process enhancements and S&OP tool upgrades.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between demand and supply functions to ensure alignment.
