Key Purpose: Running the regional S&OP process toward regional operational planning activities (Sales, Purchasing, …) to ensure sufficient short-, mid- and long-term supplier & logistic capacity as an end-2-end approach. This process is the main link between demand planning at the very supplier base and the regional Sales planning. Furthermore relevant footprint topics will heavily influence and change the current SCM setup (e.g. current flow of goods vs. future needs). “Future thinking approach” is a must. What you can look forward as S&OP Manager for IMEA Region: Execute the regional S&OP process Align and support with Global SCM function and the regional Sales and BL team Coordinate e2e supply chain planning with supplier and customers in the region Deliver required availability / OTIF to all customers in the region. Minimize obsolete and slow-moving stocks Track and improve relevant SCM KPIs (Inventory, availability, OTIF, …). Ensure accurate forecasts and initiate appropriate actions in terms of non-accurate forecasts Ensuring transparency of actions and required deliverables. Implement processes standards and drives digitalization and automation initiatives Reflect and transfer regional Sales & BL developments in terms of demands towards all relevant e-2-e SCM processes
