About The Position

The RX Operations Manager will oversee operational aspects of the practice focused on process management and improvement, compliance adherence, and development and management of new service offerings development. This role will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless service delivery from project launch through client delivery. The Operations Leader will oversee financial evaluations, renewal strategies, business placements, benchmarking, and project tracking, while fostering strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and internal Mercer teams.

  • Support business growth by enabling expanded service offerings amongst cross-functional teams
  • Provide operational support in enabling adherence to compliance related aspects of the practice
