As a Regional Vice President (RVP) West of Enterprise Sales at Parloa you will own revenue growth and market expansion across your region in North America. Your mission is to build, scale, and lead a world-class enterprise sales team that consistently wins new logos, opens new industries, and closes complex, high-value deals with Fortune 1000 companies. You will be accountable for forecast accuracy, sales execution, and talent development, while partnering closely with executive leadership to shape Parloa’s enterprise go-to-market strategy.
