RVP Sales Account Management West Market Lead Location: May be located in any Elevance Health PulsePoint office preferably in Woodland Hills, CA. or Walnut Creek This role requires associates to be in-office at least 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered. Summary RVP is responsible to manage and grow a portfolio of customer relationships P/L ownership, set the strategy and drive the execution to surpass customer contractual obligation, expand share of wallet and develop strong strategic stakeholder relationships within markets served. Partner internally with shared service teams for a seamless customer experience. Team Scope Leader will have 7 Direct reports

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 8+ years of leadership experience and account management or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong preference for min of 10+ years of professional leadership with progressively increasing scope of responsibility within Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales background in Behavioral Health.
  • P & L Sales and Government Relations

Responsibilities

  • Drive P/L health, contractual compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Develop deep knowledge of client needs and the local market drivers in order to build and maintain robust data-driven account plans on a yearly planning cycle.
  • Serve as the go-to-expert on client account, with the ability to interface with key internal and external personnel on all issues.
  • Partners with Sales and Government Relations to provide leadership and strategic direction to identify upselling opportunities and ensure profitable growth.
  • Develops and motivates staff to achieve common goals.
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
