If you can deliver expert diagnostics, thorough repairs, and quality customer care, you'll earn $65,000 to $100,000 , depending on experience. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Work on diverse projects ranging from mechanical systems to appliance installs Gain hands-on experience with modern diagnostic tools Schedule: 8 am-5 pm, Monday–Friday (overtime available) Opportunities for growth Paid short and long-term disability Life insurance, critical illness, and accidental insurance A provided allowance for health insurance WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: Direct experience as an RV Technician Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of RV systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics Solid problemͰsolving skills and strong attention to detail Clear communication skills for working with both customers and team members Preferred Qualifications: Experience with RV house systems and chassis Strong time management and organizational skills WHAT WILL YOU DO AS OUR RV TECHNICIAN? You'll perform maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of RV systems. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting routine services such as inspections, lube/oil/filters, and basic mechanical work Diagnosing and repairing issues with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliance, and mechanical systems Performing chassisͰrelated repairs including brakes, shocks, struts, and suspension components Installing and repairing RV equipment and accessories Using diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex problems Documenting all work performed, including photos and detailed notes Maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety protocols DON'T WAIT - APPLY NOW! Requirements

  • Direct experience as an RV Technician
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of RV systems
