Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in RV shop, maintenance repair, or a similar field is preferred.
Knowledge of RV systems and components is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills.
Please note that this job may require heavy lifting and/or the use of ladders and other tools/equipment at times.
Requires valid driver's license and good work/attendance record.

Nice To Haves

Strong HVAC skills a plus.
Previous experience in RV shop, maintenance repair, or a similar field is preferred.
Knowledge of RV systems and components is a plus.

Responsibilities

Effectively complete the testing of all camper components as indicated on the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) sheet and meet or exceed testing performance efficiencies.
Perform repairs, maintenance, winterizations, and warranty work on campers/RVs, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems as needed.
Strong HVAC skills a plus.
Conduct diagnostic tests to identify any issues and determine the appropriate solutions.
Effectively connect campers and show customers how all aspects of the RV/camper work upon purchase.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized work area; assist with cleaning shop as needed.
